Plans have been finalized for the 2018 Turf and Landscape Short Course. The location for this year’s Short Course will be back at the Paroquet Springs Conference Centre, Shepherdsville, KY on February 21 & 22, 2018 (www.paroquetsprings.org). The Short Course will include two days for commercial exhibits. The educational program will have speakers from our commercial industry as well as our state universities. The trade show and Lawn/Landscape rooms will be separated to hopefully eliminate the noise issue.
As you are aware, this is a highly attended event. Due to the timing and the number of turf professionals, this is a “do not miss” event for distributors of turf and related products in the Kentucky area. We hope you will join us in showing your products at the Short Course.
Tabletop displays will be located in a few rooms as well as hall way space. We request that you register for only one tabletop until we are sure we have space for all vendors. The exhibit area will be open Wednesday, February 21 and Thursday, February 22 from 7:30 AM until 3:15 PM. There will be several opportunities each day for participants to visit your table. Product literature and other exhibit items may be displayed on the 6’ skirted table, which is provided.
In addition to tabletop display, you may wish to sponsor breaks that are available on Tuesday through Thursday February 20-22, which will include placement of a Company sign, that includes your logo, during all breaks. You may choose this as an addition to your booth, or for an opportunity to participate if you are not able to attend this year’s event.
If you wish to participate, please return the commitment form and a check for $250 to The Kentucky Turfgrass Council at the address shown above. Tabletop assignments will be made on a first paid basis (based on postmark). Payment and commitment forms must be received by February 10th, 2018. Booth setup will be from 1 P.M. until 3:30 P.M. on Tuesday, February 20th. If you desire to set up on Wednesday, February 21st, we ask that you set up your display before 7:30 A.M. You may remove your exhibit after 3:15 P.M. on Thursday, February 22, 2018.
